[The Bible in English: King James Version] Quarto, 23.6 x 18.3 cm.  Contemporary boards, rebacked with modern leather spine (mid 20th-century, English).  Engraved, illustrated title page of Old Testament, signed: Io. Payne, sculp.  Printed in roman type, in two columns.  Pages generally clean and unmarked. Old and New Testaments (each with own title page), followed by the "The Whole book of Psalms: collected into English metre by Thomas Sternhold, John Hopkins..." 118 p.  Final page of the Psalms has an old restoration to the top margin, with some loss to the text.
