8.5 x 11, personal letterhead.  Original letter from Ogden Nash to his publisher, Franklin Watts in NYC.  Typed on Nash's letter head, he states that after 30 years, he is tired of looking at his own face at the back of his books  and would like different cover art.  Also includes Watt's reply letter.  The great American comic poet Ogden Nash (1902-71) was one of the most famous poets of the 20th century.
