Not signed by Lennon, this appears to be a proof from the Bag One Portfolio (p. 6).  Yellow, blue, and orange stripe above a yellow downward triangle.  BFK Rives watermark along bottom.  Minor dust soiling along left hand edge. Small bump on bottom edge.
