Quarto.  Bound in contemporary vellum.  Generally very good internally.  Numerous woodcut illustrations, several full and double page.  [8], 506 p. [i.e.508]  The first four leaves have a water stain at the outer corner edge.   "A reprint of the text and illustrations of the Venice 1567 quarto edition with some corrections and additions."
