Original Manuscript Cookbook from 1855. Leather backed blue boards. Rebacked with renewed spine and gilt lettering. Written in Eliza's fine and legible hand. 33 pages of recipes. Includes soups, jellies, creams, cakes, puddings, etc. Final pages dated 1865.  Eliza Atwood Tibbits (1831-1870), married John Hobart Warren (1829-1908) on 16 May 1853. She was the grand daughter of Congressman George Tibbits.
