25 octavo volumes. Bound in contemporary acid calf.  Gilt spines.  One of the volumes without a spine label, some cover wear, but still a handsome set.  Most title-pages printed in red and black. Includes copper plates (some folding), Armorial bookplate of Lord Sandys.  Samuel Sandys, 1st Baron Sandys was a Whig MP from Worcester (1695-1770).
