Thirtieth Session, 1892.  <br> The Sixteenth Session, 1867 is Nathan J. Harris's signed copy.  Nathan J. Harris (1864-1936), early Utah lawyer and district judge, served as member of the first legislature of the State of Utah.  

Acts...1867-1870 is inscribed by George A. Black, Secretary Utah Territory.  Black served as Acting Governor of Utah in 1871. 

1892 volume includes a section (newly) banning polygamy.  Utah bannd polygamy as requirement of statehood. 

An interesting collection of the laws of Utah during the 19th century.
