An Irish sailor's account of voyages to Australia and New Zealand, India and Japan, and to the American Northwest coast for furs. Myers sailed on the Jane in company with Capt. Broughton and the Chatham. They cruised the Queen Charlotte Islands and made a stay at Nootka and Cook Inlet. In 1797 and 1801 he visited Port Jackson.
