Contains a number of Indian treaties; notably with the Kickapoo, Wea, Miami, Eel, Delaware, Putawatimie, and Osage tribes.  Foreign affairs concerns US relations with the Barbary pirates, the embargo against France and the UK and the coming conflict with Great Britain. Also a proposed Constitutional Amendment: Titles of Nobility Amendment: Proposed to strip United States citizenship from any citizen who accepted a title of nobility from a foreign country.
